Rules & Judging Criteria
Judging Criteria: Submissions will be evaluated based on innovation, execution, utility within the Solana ecosystem, team composition, business feasibility, and alignment with the hackathon's mission.
Rounds and Scoring: The hackathon will feature two rounds of judging. The first round assesses all submissions, with the top projects advancing. Finalists will enter a second round, with winners chosen based on judges' scores.
Code of Conduct: Participants must respect each other, avoid harassment, promote diversity and inclusion, ensure safety, foster collaboration, respect intellectual property, adhere to ethical standards, follow all rules, and comply with local laws.
Disqualification: Violations of the code of conduct, plagiarism, missed deadlines, technical violations, cheating, inappropriate content, or failure to follow the rules may result in disqualification.

You must have one individual on your team who is from Mexico or Lives in Mexico
Submissions must be made by 4:00 PM CDMX, no later
You must have a Video & Deck Presentation
